hentai ova with phimosis and/or smegma

recently i was watching love letter the animation ([ピンクパイナップル]おっぱインフィニティ∞！ THE ANIMATION「Love Letter) and it got me thinking whether there were any other ova with phimosis and/or smegma. OVAs that include ahegao would be a plus. Love letter for example includes phimosis, smegma and ahegao. I've never been able to compile this list

Nah. Phimosis/smegma are rare to see, but they don't fall under extreme content.

Ahegao on the other hand became a pretty popular genre on hentai.

yea...erect sawaru's art is quite unique and the love letter animation closely follows the manga.

i always thought that pink pineapple had left the industry. good to see that they are still around.

yup aheago is a really popular theme recently. japan can keep pulling new themes out of the air. their imagination never ceases to surprise me >_>
