Well I downloaded it , but i cant seem to get it to run, any advice , i can watch the little vids but cant play the game. Any advice?

You need the RPG Maker VX RTP : http://www.famitsu.com/freegame/rtp/vxace_rtp.html
Download that, install it and start the game like normal.

Guess they're not considered unreliable when they drop your downloads or try to download viruses on your pc maybe it only happens to since I don't have a premium membership. Uploaded also like tell you you've reached your daily download limit when you haven't downloaded anything for a week. They're not unreliable at all.
