Help with archiving mangas (q_q)

Greetings comrades! I don´t know if this section is meant for such requests, but after getting kicked by an admin I will know for sure....whatever.... So my question is (and I searched quite a bit, but didn´t found something appropriate) if there exists some program which can help me archiving my manga by tag system (multiple tags)...not some godlike program which is already a "complete database"....but some library where I can (I mean must) type in the name plus the tags of my mangas and later on search for tag x,y,z and get as an answer manga a,b or c. That will be quite some work, but I don´t see a better option...and don´t say build some dungeons with folders from the main-tag to the minor-tags! That´s crazy! .... And it should not work with a binding system for example: manga A with tags bind to folder A in folder B on HDD C; BECAUSE after moving here and there everything will be destroyed!...No it will probably not be destroyed, but it could (will) make many problems...
Also english is not my first language, so please don´t force me but my ministry of education...

MAL ( http://myanimelist.net/ ) allows you to list which manga you have. They also come pre-tagged.
calibre ( https://calibre-ebook.com/ ) is a good offline alternative.

I forgot to say offline would be much better. (And as well was MAl not to my liking, I already testet it many years ago)))
But Calibre-Ebook could be helpfull, there is the nuisance of converting the JPG´s to Epub´s, but it´s acceptable.

Just put them in a ZIP archive (no nested ZIPs, though) before importing. It'll convert (read: change the extension) them to cbz and automatically use the first image as cover to boot.
