Help Pls Can't Run 野外学習2 and 野外学習3

I downloaded 野外学習 ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬ４. and install all 4 games but only 野外学習2 and 野外学習3 are not working. I try to run .exe but it only loads for a second then nothing happens no message or any identification of what is the problem. I thought the game was to old or im missing something(Im using Windows 8.1 and already set in japanese locale) So someone have any idea what might be problem or if im not bothering can tell me the solution Thx in advance .... I just want to know if i can run the game or not because of my laptop limitation:(

And just one more thing the game that is not working is came from Disc and the others games that work aren't
