Help on extracting CG

Okay, I need help here.

I tried to extract image from a Visual Novel, Reminiscence by Tigre Soft.

So far, the Tool I'm using is Nekof3cv. This is my first time on ripping CG.

However, the image I got is in either .rct or .rc8 format, or bmp but in black and white.

I would like some help here, as in how to turn those files into real image file?

I'll appreciate any help that can be given.
