So this anime is about a brother and sister. I guess one has feelings for the other but I don't know. The brother gets pulled into a game where he has sex with several characters inside the game. I remember there was a scene where he is forced by a queen who was holding someone hostage. In the end he gets out of the game and has sex with his sister.
