help extratc gc

hello i need help to extract the files especially the characters) from a file .dat

What's the title of the game you want to extract? .dat archive is used in many game engine.

As i know there aren't way to extract cg for new heiantei game now.

Optionally you could probably use a screen capture application and take shots and edit out what you don't want. May take time but if there's no way to rip the data you want out of the file then this may be your only option.
