[help] error msg when ripping cd [EAC] [scratch on cd]

Please help me, guys . When I was ripping my CD like usual, there was an error message that said 'track 3 can't be ripped'. And when I checked the CD, there was a little scratch on it. I'm new to this ripping thing. Can this CD still be ripped? :cry::cry:
