HELP! [Delta] 牝犬発情記 ～かげりゆく日常 SETTEC error pops when opening LAUNCHER

I download the game with no problem when i try launch the game settec error pops up "An internal exception occured(address:0x769d9db25) please,contact [email protected] thank you." after clicking "ok" new error msg pops up "cannot find "lder.dll".please,reinstall this application".I already try (NoActi EXE) AlphaActivation signup tool
but settec error still pops up.I uninstall the game try again but same error pops up i searched 2 days to fix it but couldnt find anything usefull pls help.Also im using windows vista thank you for reading :)

Thanks man you saved me.The thread link solved my problem.it was about windows updates that cause problem.I googled and find the name of the updates and uninstall them.thannnnnnnnnk you so much:D
