HELP: Cafe Rouge black screen

Hello! A while ago I downloaded Café Rouge right here, but due to time issues I had not played this title, yesterday I unzipped it and ran it without problems, the game started without any problem, the bad thing started the next day when trying to play now out of nowhere the screen would not load staying black, I spent the whole morning trying to fix it and apparently there is an error in the json syntax I don't understand why if all I did was open the game see the first dialogs to check that everything was fine, uninstalled and installed the game several times deleting the files even but nothing that error does not go away, I would appreciate help.

Hello! I've had the same problem and I think i fixed it that way. My interface is in greek but i hope i can translate this correctly in english for you. So, the main problem for me occurred when i deleted some temporary files from my pc to clear some space but it seems like it disrupted the game. To fix it I went to my local disc c/users/admin. You have to access the AppData folder but it's hidden, so you have to click the "view" option and then check the box that says "hidden items". When you do that a folder named "AppData" wil appear. Click that, and then "Local". There you should find a "nw-app" folder. I opened this folder and deleted whatever was inside it. These files I think are temporary and they should appear again when you start the game again. I hope this fixes your problem too and I hope I explained that adequately for you and it wasn't very confusing. If you have any problems with that I can show you some screenshots that might help further.
