if there is some anime added can I create a different thread with my download links?

I'm not exactly understand your question, you can create anime thread on approriate section, but please remember to follow ourposting guidelines.

I've read posting guidelines but some thing aren't clear for me.
I'll show an example of what i'm asking about.
Dantalian no Shoka subbed by Commie is allready posted. What should I do if I want to add my mirror?

You can make your own thread of the said series, and post it accordingly, even if someone has already had it up

We currently allow only complete series to be posted by non-staff, to avoid clutter. As long as the series has finished and all episodes are available, you can post it.

Then again, if it's already here there is really no good reason to put it up to begin with, but whatever.
