That is not a big deal. You just need to find a English sub file. I think that is not very hard, is it?

I'm not a fan of manually time-shifting subs though - different groups use different raws and thus the subs will be out of sync. ;)
Besides, once a sub file is available so is a release where everything has been done for me - the extra few minutes it takes to download a whole episode as opposed to an ASS file are manageable. :D
