Heiantei Game Text Lag

Anyone else using win 10 find all Heiantei game text are kinda Laggy?
When i still using win 7 on my previous laptop all heiantei game text are fast and instantly pop up when i set the text speed to max now on win 10 the like got delay 2-3 sec before show up or the game it self designed like that?

Yeah, this has been an issue with the past few Windows 10 versions. The games certainly aren't supposed to be like that, I don't know what it is about 10 that causes it. The good news is that the upcoming update, the October 2018 Update, seems to have fixed it. So it won't be an issue for much longer. In the meantime, if you can bear with it a little bit, I always found that the longer I played, the less substantial the lag would become. It was always there to some degree but would become a little better.
