Having Problems With VH 2 Visual Novel game

Everytime I try to play the game I keep getting this message:



Hopefully someone can help me, keep in mind I did set my Computer to Japanese Locale

Edit: Never mind I found the solution all I had to do was apparently rename the exe file

Extract your archives next time using 7-zip to avoid having weird names in directories and exe files.
