I downloaded every file from girlcelly's post without problems

I also changed the language for non unicode programs to japanese and dont get any error dialog, but the only executable file (which i assume is the installer) crashes within seconds of starting it, it appears on the task manager processes tab for might be 1 sec and then goes away. Anyone who has had this kind of problem before and know how to fix it please?
