SUMMARY
The new anime adapted the "Chika Chinchiro" and "Pachinko Numa" stories from the Tobaku Hakairoku Kaiji manga series, which ran from 2000 to 2004.

MY FIRST IMPRESSION:​

The beginning sounds like it could be a more than interesting story exploring the depths of human greed and how it affects people - but this would be a fallacy. It's a rather bland anime with some gags thrown in. I guess if you abjectly love the anthihero-type as a main character you could watch this, but I turned off in the middle and went back to doing other things.
