As the title implies, is it possible to buy/import eroge from the Getchu site to outside Japan? To Western countries for example? Or is it restricted to only Japan?

Most ero stuff are restricted to only Japan. However, if they accept international credit card, your best bet is to use tenso.com
tenso give you a Japanese address, you instruct Getchu to ship it to there, tenso will receive it and forward it to your destination of choice, at your request, outside of Japan by EMS.
If not, perhaps, ShoppingMallJapan, they can buy anything for you with a fee.
