General Data Extraction Tools for VNs

Yes... Pretty Witch Academy is tough to extract because it uses the cursed rUGP engine that Muv-Luv also has... I'm only able to extract the scripts and images with RioX (Download will give a false positive warning)

I found someone made a tool that can extract oor files: https://github.com/bnnm/vgm-tools/blob/master/docs/FORMATS.md#oor-rio-engine-files. But the files arent sorted so now I have to look through 32k files...
