I got through Riou, skimmed through Seri's route, and then the boredom got hold of me on Kouichi's route. Riou's route was interesting because he was such a fucked-up person but the others were bit boring in comparison, and the greater mystery didn't intrigue me in the slightest. I agree the art was pretty good though.

Special prompt for model without censorship and because it is better .. all models censor explicit gay content relationships, romantic conversations and when they get too friendly among them of same-sex characters but already i checked the translation again playing a vn and really other llm erased a lot of text and gave meaningless phrases the majority from the times this is called rejection content in llm if I'ld have known this before.. T_T I also realized that by modifying the llm on LunaTranslator and putting the correct translation and reloading is generated text from zero in the Tencent llm HY series making the correct edited text is fucked is another form of censorship that this llm does not use it xd

Dramatic Create has announced the production of "Ooe" port for Nintendo Switch. The release date is scheduled for December 24, 2026. Announced languages are Japanese, English, Chinese (Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese), Korean. It will be censored ofc

I would love that too! Even after Christmas is okay... WHENEVER THEY'RE READY, I guess... Because at this point, it looks like nothing will be translated from their side. It'll be so difficult to ignore Switch version and wait for the uncensored version after the releaseI would love MangaGamer to finish their localization by Christmas too, but I know that hell would rather freeze over than that.

I've been playing in Japanese though since I bought both the OG game and badegg off DLsite, but my friends played in English and I got to see some scenes translated to English thanks to them. I thought the TL was nice in those scenes! Though of course I'm aware my impression of some scenes doesn't reflect the entire translation, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
I can at least vouch for the game being neat, so there's that.

I played through that whole version and thought it was great! It's not a perfect one to one translation, the translator has them use a lot of time period appropriate slang, but that gives it a ton of charm. I don't have enough knowledge to compare it to the original Japanese, but overall only a few spots felt a little out of place. The translator can go a little far with the slang in the h-scenes particularly and it can turn a little silly. Though I've heard from friends that they think it adds to them instead so your mileage may vary. The game itself is really excellent. It's one of my fav blvn's of all time. The protag Gian is fantastic and so are the LI's. When I was playing, I never shut up about it to my friends. I still think about some of the routes and how much I enjoyed them. It's a fun, exciting story that can also have some deeply emotional scenes. If you can't tell I'm totally normal about this game lol.

Oooh, someone read Silent Valley! It was a surprisingly good story, even with it's very difficult to understand setting
And I wouldn't say LI is non-binary there, I remember him speaking that he was artifically created and didn't need *those* parts as a soldier but maybe he will change it in the future! Who knows, one certanly can hope

I totally agree about the protag, he's such a breath of fresh air and just a fun character overall (once again, in BLVN I'm interested more in the MC rather than other LIs hahaha) Your reply made me want to go back to the game ASAP! I'll def buy it on steam. Oh, and I think I prefer translation with the appropriate slang and so one, it really gives the text flavour (if the meaning of the phrase is still the same, of course).

To be honest I feel like Bakshi should count as an outlier because his lines are so insane (and insanely funny to me) that they should constitute a language of their own. Legit the first time I heard him talk I had to pause and ask my friends how they ended up TLing his lines in the English version because I was just floored at how he speaks in general LMAOWait, that's more than I was ready for! haha ok. I should prepare some dictionaries for this game too
