Thank you. Have you had problems extracting the character stand ups? I've successfully (for the most part) extracted the events via arc_conv, but I haven't any luck trying to convert the s25 files (that's with the game running), is there a new update to crass or arc_conv that your'e using if you don't mind me asking?
