Just did a test install and couldn't reproduce your issue. Make sure you're mounting the MDS file in your D: drive and that you're following the instructions from the first post.

Hello,Ryzen.I extracted the downloaded RAR files (part1–part6) using 7-Zip. However, I get an error with Voice.xp3. The game itself launches, but there's no voice audio. I apologize for the trouble, but I'd really appreciate it if you could look into this issue.
