Let's have a bit of dumb fun, shall we? Let's design drinking games…for otome/BL games! Below are my examples.

Normal version
Drink a glass of red wine every time:

• Gian takes a bath
• any GD exec appears
• you hear the 'waaaaaaaaah!' sound effect when someone gets offed
• rape is mentioned

Get Hammered in No Time version
Drink a jar of moonshine of unknown origin every time:

• Ivan says 'fuck!'
• any characters lights up a cigarette
• Bernardo adjusts his glasses
• Giulio says 'Gian…….san….'

Alcohol-free Give Me Diabetes or Give Me Death version
Drink a bottle of Cola every time:

• Cola is mentioned

~ Hashihime of the Old Book Town ~
Normal version
Drink whatever amount of the cheapest booze you can find on your local discount supermarket shelf every time:

• Tamamori rides the tram
• you see 'or so I thought'
• Tamamori goes back in time

Get Hammered in No Time version
Drink a shot of vodka every time:

• any character says 'Tamamori-kun'
• Yumeno Kyuusaku or Dogra Magra are namedropped

Alcohol-free Speedrunning Into Lactose Intolerance version
Top up ¾ of a glass of milk with ¼ of carbonated mineral water and drink it every time:

• Calpis/Calspi is mentioned

The Ultimate Get Smashed Like There is No Tomorrow version
Drink a glass of any alcoholic beverage with the alc/vol higher than 40% every time:

• you get confused by what's happening on the screen

Oh this is an awesome idea! Unfortunately I come with no drinking game suggestions of my own, but I just wanted to say that I'm still playing through Giulio's route in Lucky Dog 1 and I could feel the alcohol poisoning in my veins just reading that "Gian... san" tidbit LMAO

Also I didn't know there were so many Dogra Magra references in Hashihime (haven't played it yet!). Adelta I wasn't aware of your game... that book happens to be one of the most memorable books I've ever read, definitely recommend people to read it if they can get their hands on it. Having read it though, that does make me a lot more intrigued in Hashihime and why it would be referenced in there.

Ah, Giulio... the poster boy of Beware the Quiet Ones! The way he talks is even more extreme in Bad Egg! And so are his yandere antics...

I haven't read Dogra Magra cause it's not translated into English, I don't know French and the original Japanese text (which can be accessed here) seems like a challenge. I will MTL it one day though. You will have more insight into Hashihime than me, knowing what Dogra Magra is about!

It is, actually. It was translated from French and also there is an amature translation (not finished?) on reddit, if you are interested

I don't drink alcohol and I'd like to throw in some ideas for those of us who don't drink. And if you're like me and also not into sugary drinks, well, here we go:

Snack edition: Eat a candy, a chip or any snack of your choice.
Fitness version: Do 10 squats, 5 push-ups or 10 jumping jacks.

I haven't played many otome so I can't give specific examples, but I wanted to throw in my two cents by suggesting this alternative.
