Finding Graphics Artists

I've wanted to make an eroge for a while now. Just a small ero-platformer with like 7 enemies 2 being bosses, but I'm finding it difficult to get an artist for something... ero....

I'm not here requesting a spriter or anything. I just want to know how I can find one.
