Files keep getting distorted

Whenever I unzip a file from eroge corner I keep getting distorted entries like sounds and image files being label something like

é╙é╜é╚éΦùÉî≡ârü[â`_Özò╥ which crashes the game

Two things to notice

I know about language region change, and have done so, I also have an emulator, the one I run is https://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/
and my unziping is done by winrar x64
if the file is from the torrent section, and then I unzip it, its completely fine

I use Jdownloader 2 and mainly download by rapidgator any ideas why this is happening and how to resolve said issue?
