The opening and ending songs for Charade Maniacs are great, opening for bad apple wars is 🤌 and also the whole soundtrack for 9 rip was great too.
 
My favourite otome song is あなたに恋して - Ikemen sengoku theme song. It's beautiful and has meaningful lyrics. Especially this part of lyrics🔽🔽

My favorite BL game song is 'I'm in blue' from Sweet Pool. I am deeply drawn to the singer's husky and melancholic voice, as well as that whisper-like delivery that feels as if he is breathing right into my ear. The melody creates an overwhelming sensation of drowning, which perfectly captures the game's haunting and visceral world-building. My favorite otome game music is the "White" from the title screen of Wizard and Master (2005). I even bought the CD for it. :D
 
i really love the bad ending song fault from piofiore! and one of the reasons cupid parasite is one of my favorite otome is that i love the openings and ending from the games and the bgm is soo good too!!

Especially the part after the second verse in 'Wonderful Wonder World～Spade White World～'—it's insane!
 
I like the character songs from Scared Rider Xechs and the Vitamin series, and I used to listen to them often.
There are a lot of upbeat and fun songs.
 
I love Ken Ga Kimi OP & ED songs. But my all time favourite are the OP & ED songs of Akazukin to Mayoi no Mori, and apparently I still listen to it today.

Lately I've been really hooked on the Diabolik Lovers soundtrack, and I also really like the opening theme of UN: Logical. Back in the day, the Taisho x Alice soundtrack was beautiful; all the songs fit the fairy tale theme perfectly. Another good one was the Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly soundtrack.

My favorite is "Madoromu Tsuki no Yoru no Aria" the ending theme from Garnet Cradle. This song really tugs at my heartstrings.

Another favorite is "Hana Awase" from Hana Awase (a CD track not featured in the game). There's a version sung by all five members, and the powerful way they sing alternately, along with the lyrics expressing their overwhelming love for the MC, is fantastic.
 
灯火 from Collar×Malice! For me, the biggest takeaway from playing this game was discovering the band Plastic Tree.
