Error when re-installing games

I've installed a few games but then uninstalled them for reasons. Now when I re-download the games and try to install them, I get this error.

When I uninstalled them, I did so through control panel, so it should be pretty complete. This is happening to every game that I installed and then uninstalled. Anyone know what's up?
