Error when launching game

I have recently upgraded from Windows 10 to a new PC running Windows 11 64 bit and trying to play this new game [でぼの巣製作所] 神楽新風記 ～舞歌の章～
but encountered error when launching the game.

My new PC is set to Japan locale.

Previously, I had no issue running games from DebonosuWorks in Windows 10. I tried to resolve this issue by installing VS C++ (Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads) and DirectX (DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer) but it still does not work.

Does anyone know which step am I missing to fix this issue?

Well, checking internet for the error code ain't helping since it just mean the program failed to start (lol).

So sadly, about anything can be the cause....

So, it's back to basic : is the software compatible with your window version, is it the good version between 32 and 64 bit, is windows up-to-date, are your dreivers up-to-date, is Dx up to date....
Is your AV blocking the game, does the folder is in read only,.... countless possibilities to check i'm afraid...


If you got time, I'm afraid the best would be to check window installation for is integrity.
