Hello, I downloaded some games and they have the same error when installing, if anyone could ever help me, always trim this error when I try to open setup.exe. Here the image of the error.

Have you changed the regional language to japanese

I remember having seen this one before

You have change the system locale to japanese

That could be the case. Change the language, time zone, format, etc. if needed to.

Sometimes, it is safer to right-click and 'run as administrator' to make sure it's working.

Sure, you only change system locale if you use Win 7
If you use Win XP, you need install Japanese font (East Asian language) before
