Erorr message when installing any Visual Novels.

First off i would like to apologize if i'm posting this in the wrong forum, i'm totally new here and basically made an account so i could ask this question and would very much appreciate who helps. :) Anyhow just recently whenever i would attempt to install a visual novel it would ask me in what directory would i want it to be installed, regardless in what folder/drive i save it in get the same error message, now i doubt where i'm saving is the problem but at the same time i dunno since the error message is in Japanese so i was hoping someone could translate it for me. :) http://puu.sh/bNCtt/5697b8ca67.png
Oh and yes my system local is already in Japanese.

What does that mean? and what do i need to do to fix it?

Update: Nevermind iv'e figured it out. It did turn out that for some reason i had a bunch of question marks in the install folder so i just deleted them and clicked install and it worked! xD Thanks for the help.
