I saw that there wasn't a translation for it on F95 and I liked the dev's 2nd game (https://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ01224964.html) where the devs created an AI TL themselves, but not for their first game.
For MTool usage, you have to place the JSON file into the game's installation directory, launch the game through MTool and then load the translation file inside the 'Translate' tab. But yeah it only handles strings and there's some things I can't seem to locate like the character's name and a few item descriptions.
