You'd be surprised how often people say "all links" but actually mean "links from one host, and only half a dozen of those actually".
It's somewhat similar to how not all links here were dead to begin with, despite you claiming so.
 
No all links were dead, at least at the time that i checked them

maybe a few filefactory ones weren't, idk they have wonky servers that are hit and miss sometimes.

Then episodes get deleted because there's not enough downloads. Not everyone is registered, after all.
