Earphones or headphones for Otome CDs? 🎧

I'll play music out loud when no one's around…
But if I had to choose, I'd probably use earphones.

I've never listened to ASMR through speakers before. Does it actually sound pretty good that way?

Earphones are so compact and easy to use, though, so they're really convenient!

Wait, I move around so much in my sleep and turn over all the time, so how on earth do you manage to sleep with headphones on?! 😂
 
I always used only earphones when listening to Otome CDs! I usually listen to that before falling asleep, and if it sounds outside, well, it's a bit awkward, so I'm afraid the sound might leak through the headphones. I see there are even ASMR Bluetooth earphones these days, so I'm interested!!

When you're listening while lying in bed, earphones really are the best, aren't they? 😊

I'm not sure whether they're available where you live, but I think the COTSUBU by final might be the kind of earphones you're looking for. I've been curious about them too, although I don't own a pair yet! 👀💕

That spacious sound is definitely one of the best things about headphones, isn't it? 😌 I just wish I could use them while lying in bed! 😂

I totally get you! 😂 Both have their own advantages, so it's really hard to choose just one. I'd love to have something that combines the best features of both! 😂
 
I've always been a headphones user, but recently I switched to earphones bc I got too many ear piercings healing at the same time... The sound quality is just not the same ah, cannot wait to go back to my comfy over the ears ;;

Yeah, headphones can be pretty difficult to use when your ears are injured or you've just gotten new piercings. 😣

I agree that headphones have that spacious, immersive sound that earphones just can't quite replicate. I hope your piercings heal soon so you can get back to your comfy headphones! 🥰🎧

I use earphones
I've tried using headphones and they're a little uncomfortable for listening to drama CDs
 
same as you, using headphones to drift off to sleep while listening is a gargantuan effort xvx i'm not the strongest soldier around, so i'll take the easy way out. tho sometimes, there's moments when earphones too can get annoying if i sleep on my side TvT like they press too hard inside of my ear and it gets painful

i sadly don't have recommendations for you and nothing insightful to offer, so i'll mooch off you some more😈 and ask you, if you don't mind of course; feel free to ignore otherwise: what dramas do you enjoy listening to while you're trying to sleep? 👀 any voice actors in particular you enjoy?
