Earphones or headphones for Otome CDs? 🎧

I use earphones for convenience. I don't have headphones but some of the comments are tempting me try headphones. I kinda want to try them for better sound quality.

Yeah, earphones are really convenient since they don't take up much space and are so easy to use.

Compared to earphones, headphones can be pretty expensive, and there's such a huge range in both price and sound quality that choosing one might be a little overwhelming. I personally use wired Razer headphones. They're designed for gaming, so the sound quality is really good!

If you're interested, I definitely recommend giving headphones a try. I hope you find a pair that becomes your favorite! ♡

I use the Sony WH-1000XM5, it's a bit on the pricey side tbh but I use it everyday when commuting to work and I haven't had any issues!! I'd suggest maybe looking into Bose headphones too I heard they're actually good/if not better than Sony at a lower price

I'm not very knowledgeable about headphones, so this is really helpful! Thank you for telling me about them.

Reading everyone's comments here, I'm actually surprised by how highly Sony seems to be rated! I've never tried any Bose products before, so the next time I go to an electronics store, I'll definitely try out some of their demo models!

Yeah, if you're listening while lying down in bed, earphones are definitely the better choice! I use mine for the same reason too.

Earphones are smaller and lighter than headphones, so they're much easier and more convenient to handle, especially when you're relaxing in bed.

That's true, there are definitely people who prefer headphones over earphones! I still haven't been able to decide which one I like better myself, haha!

Both earphones and headphones have their own advantages, so it's really hard to say which one is better. But from the comments here, it feels like there are quite a lot more people who prefer earphones. Earphones really are convenient, aren't they?

I totally know what you mean! I use mine the same way you do, too. The convenience of earphones really is hard to beat!

Those earphones are really convenient since they have the remote built in too! I used to love mine back in the day.
And wireless earbuds mysteriously disappearing by the time you wake up will probably remain an eternal problem, haha!

I started wanting noise cancellation because the more crowded buses and trains get, the louder people seem to talk, so I find myself thinking, "I really need noise cancellation!"

In-ear earbuds do have that distinctive fit, so I guess they're definitely one of those things that people either love or hate. There seem to be a few noise-cancelling models that use the more traditional earbud style rather than the in-ear type, so if you find one that feels comfortable for you, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

With wired earphones, the alarm plays through the earphones properly, so I still prefer using wired ones when I'm sleeping. I just find them more convenient!

Yeah, in that case, I can definitely see why wired earphones are more convenient. Oversleeping and being late for work or school would be a serious problem!
