Oh, I love the RP-HJE150 too!
They actually have a pretty pleasantly balanced sound, don't they? I also love that they don't produce much cable noise. Back when phones still had headphone jacks, I used them all the time. I used SpinFit eartips with them.
When I'm at my PC, I use ear-hook earphones. For listening in bed or while doing housework, I reluctantly use wireless earbuds.
Headphones don't really work for me because I don't like the pressure on my head.
I just pick wireless earbuds without overthinking it. Right now I'm using the Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 (I got them on sale), but I'm not very happy with them.

They're pretty heavy, and they fall out of my ears when I'm lying on my back.
For ear-hook earphones, it's the Koss KSC75 all the way. That's my main pair, and I love them so much that I don't even want to listen to otome voice CDs with anything else.
The detail and resolution are just incredible! I also own the WH-1000XM4, but personally, I actually prefer the sound quality of the KSC75. That's just my personal opinion, though.
They do leak quite a bit of sound, though, so beware of anyone behind you!
