I found someone upload the iso but it's password lock and the user only pass the password to people she's friend with.

so, I think It's just like sakura chan said Password is Asahina Tenma (朝比奈 天马) or japanese (朝比奈 天馬) or just(Tenma/天马/天馬) from Glass Hart Princess... thought I'm not sure, I'm trying to download it right now, but my PC is suuuper slow right now..

if you do it by applocale chances are you will still fail to open it
go download simplified Chinese winrar, available on winrar official site and install it.
go to your PC settings, regional and language options, set language for non-Unicode programs to simplified Chinese(remember, not the main locale, or else you will just give yourself trouble by having to go though Chinese windows). after setting it up it will require a restart.
after the restart, open the rar, even it is shown in simplifed chinese everything is self explanatory. drag the file out, copy and paste the password(no space!), enjoy.
oh, and don't forget to revert everything back, the chinese winrar is nutjob and have ads.
