Mexashare stopped functioning last year — the latest in the long list of storage services to be taken down (like datafile.com, keepshare.com, ul.to, ryushare.com, etc.) Nothing is forever.
Katfile, etc, are still operational, but they do not keep the upoaded files for very long — typically several months. They delete older files, which don't get many downloads anymore, to free up space.
Your options are:
1. Look for fresher releases (newer forum posts). They'll have links to working sites, and the files will not have expired yet.
2. For older posts, try the sites that keep files longer — for example Rapidgator does keep them for quite some time (years).
