It's full voice. The site for the paid version (315 yen) says the new stuff in the paid version is that 6 event CGs, graphics for sub characters, and some story events have been added. Sounds like the free version still has at least most of the good stuff.

I don't have the full version, so if you haven't played any version of it yet, I thought it might be helpful to point out there's one available for free download. As you can see in my description, there's not much missing compared to the paid version.
