Hi there, I just remembered a game I played (I don't know if calling it eroge game or hentai game since I don't know the difference) but I can't recall the name. Maybe someone can help me.

You played some guy that at the very beginning of the game woke up in a mansion with her owner over you, doing you oral sex.

Later on the game you discover that mansion is somewhere between the real dimension and another one, you even find a mermaid and a ghost during the game.

I'd really like to find that game again and would be great if you can suggest me some games like that one, with sex and a kind of dark fantasy story.

Yeah that is Nocturnal Illusions, there is a mermaid in it, she is inside the well and I believe you can miss her if you don't know about her.
