Does cover art/ thumbnails play a role in your cd choices?

[laminate]

Absolutely 100%! The cover art plays a huge role for me. If the artwork looks stunning or catches my eye, I'm way more likely to give the CD a listen. First impressions are everything!

Absolutely xD I prefer great art, that's the way i get hooked on a cd. I mean they arent cheap so I have the right to be picky. But sometimes I could ignore them if the story greatly interests me.

I totally agree! There are just so many works out there that if I don't like the cover art, which is often my first introduction to a work, I might not even check out the story in the first place

Even if I already own it, I tend to keep putting off listening to it, so I'm sure there are some hidden gems out there that I've been missing…!

Cover art is important.
But if a story sparks your interest, you'll pick it up.

[hydre]

It's really important to me!! I actually liked everything, but I didn't buy it because I didn't like the cover..
Because the character on the cover is the main protagonist of the story!
I wanted it to look like my style

Cover art or thumbnails aren't that important, but I tend to avoid ones that are too bad or look AI-generated
