Do you tend to enjoy games you've already finished over and over again?

Yes! if I liked an otome enough I would grab and revisit scenes I liked. In some I've even noticed details I didn't pay attention to at first (Virche has a lot of details like this all over the routes). I do this particularly for the LIs I love the most, as I tend to miss them from time to time :)

yes, there are a lot of games that have different routes, so its fun to get to know them all. you can not only get to know the different LI, but also the different point of view of the story.
also, it gives me more time to get to know the details that i could have missed in the first run.

Hakuouki was the very first otome game I played, and it's still one of my favorites
I've gone back to replay it many times because I really love the cute mini-games, and I also enjoy the main story a lot (≧▽≦)

Yes. The games I never get tired of playing over and over are Birushana Senki and Kenka Banchou Otome. Every time I play, I have new thoughts and feelings. Details I didn't notice the first time become apparent after multiple playthroughs, and that makes me like them even more.

Depends honestly. If I get really attached to one LI (Yoh Tomoe from Starry Sky in Spring...) then yeah, I can replay the same game again just for them 😭

I'm so busy playing new games that I don't have time to replay the ones I've already finished.

For me, once a game is finished, the journey is over. I prefer to keep the wonderful moments in my heart. Replaying it would make me feel numb.

I like to replay games quite often! Sometimes replaying will give me a new look into a title I already loved, and I may even start to appreciate a route that I previously disliked or didn't really enjoy

It's not rare for me to replay my favorite routes, but I also replay the whole game sometimes. I think it's a nice break when I'm in a bit of a reading slump, and it can help me get more motivated to play other titles! I also replay when I want to write my thoughts about a game if it's been a while since I read the story

I'd say that usually my enjoyment diminishes drastically, but there were a few games I still enjoyed the second time round, usually because there's a gap in between playthroughs.
There were also a few games I enjoyed more the second time round, because parts of what I remembered helped me to pay attention to other details the second time round.

Generally though, the less I remember from my first playthrough, the greater my enjoyment is during the replay, and vice versa for lack of enjoyment.

That said, with limited time and a growing backlog, I think it's probably a better use of time to stick with new titles.

I usually delete ROMs from my PC because I run out of space, but I can replay my favorite games if I can't find anything else, games like Cupid Parasite or Bustafellows.

I'm not really the type who replays games a lot. Once I finish a game and enjoy it fully, I usually move on to the next one.
That said, if it's a game I really loved, I sometimes come back to it after a few years and replay it.

Somewhat.
I get really excited when I replay a game that I loved but the second run can't possibly beat the first time.

Maybe every year or every other year? In fact many of the otome games don't have every attractive stories, so when you see really excellent ones you will get so impressed. Many be after a few months or year, you still recall that game but don't remember the details, and that's the time to play it again and finding renewed inspiration combing with your new experience from yourself or other stories.
