Do you skip to the spicy scenes? 😂

I have a question! When you listen to 18+ drama CDs, do you usually listen to the whole story from the beginning, or do you just skip to the scenes you're interested in?

For me, I usually read the summary first and then skip straight to those scenes. 😂

I always listen to the whole thing, because its more satisfying that way! It gives time to build that sexual tension before finally unleashing 🤤 and I like finding out about MC and the LIs relationship, how they met, how they came to like eachother, eventually leading up to a satisfying confession scene and then even more satisfying snu snu time!!

I listen to all the works from the beginning to the end, but if the R18 scene is too long, I may skip a little😅

All ages are not enough, and it feels boring if there are only scenes in R18 works, and it is difficult to find a favorite work😓

Usually I don't skip, because I feel like I'd miss the context, and the story and atmosphere are important. However, depending on my mood, sometimes I might skip some parts or use fast‑forward. So I'm a bit embarrassed to call myself a voice enthusiast, because with fast‑forward, everyone's voices sound pretty much the same.(´ε`*)

If I have a translation, I'll listen to everything.

If I don't... I channel my inner Esquie. I am SPEED.

(at least until I get to the good stuff :ROFLMAO:)

It depends on how I'm feeling at the time I'm listening lol. But most of the time I like the build up to the spicy scenes.

I need a translation, but if the audio doesn't have one, I skip right to the interesting parts (although I often find audio files in English, so I don't need a translation, •𐃷• ).

Sometimes yes. I'm kinda sensitive with the sfx in 18+ especially. If that's not my taste then I'll listen to it next time lol. Other than than nope. Just want the context or preview voice.

On my first listen, I will always listen through the entire thing to get the context of the scenario. Whenever I listen to a drama CD again, I usually just skip to the R18 scene 🙂↕️

But if I found that the drama CD's story is really good, I'm willing to listen to the entire thing all over again as if it's my first time 🤣

Personally, I prefer listening to the whole story from the beginning. I like knowing what happened before and seeing how the relationship between the characters develops. Even for the more intense scenes, I need the context, because if I skip everything beforehand, I find it much harder to connect with what's happening. 😭

When it comes to drama CDs, I don't skip anything. In fact, I've never even considered skipping the "spicy scenes." Generally, if it's a drama CD and the content is relevant to the story, I won't skip any part of it. However, games are a different story. Sometimes I feel like the "spicy scenes" in certain 18+ games exist solely for the sake of being 18+, without really revealing anything about the relationships between characters or their personalities. In those cases, I'll just quickly skim over the general gist and skip them repeatedly. I won't skip these scenes for characters I like, but I'll do this for ones I'm not very interested in.

I try to listen at first but my impatient ass can't take it and about 5 mins later I skip straight to the smut. XD

No. I never skip any parts of CDs or games. I only skip when I am already finished and listening/playing again, second time. I just skip to the parts where I like. Sometimes I skip R18 parts, sometimes only listen R18 parts lol It depends what Im playing/listening.

I usually listen to situation voice from beginning to end!

I mainly listen to situation voice to relax, use it as ASMR, or fall asleep, so I actually prefer listening to the whole thing. Most situation voice CDs start with some story and character interactions, which I'm still perfectly awake for and enjoy listening to.

But once it gets to the spicy scenes, that's usually when I start getting sleepy. For some reason, those scenes are incredibly relaxing to me, so I'll just drift off and completely lose track of what's happening. Then I wake up and the entire story has already finished.

So for me, listening to situation voice is basically an ear spa.

The +18 scenes don't satisfy me if I don't like the characters so I read everything to see if I will create affection/interest towards them

It depends. There are CDs that I actually listen to for the sake of the plot, and if that's the case, I tend to listen to them all. But there are CDs, especially during my ovulation days, where I skip straight to the spicy scenes. But generally speaking, I never skip scenes, spicy or not.
