Do you prefer playing on a portable device or on PC?

Honestly, i'm a fan of a big screen and being at my desk. i can't play VNs in bed because i get sleepy, and the font is so small. I wish more otome games were on PC, with releases across multiple platforms instead of being limited to the Switch.

I play on my laptop, so I can play sitting or lying down anyway; it would be impossible for me to read a visual novel for that long on a console because of my vision problems.

Portable devices for me!
My gaming laptop is heavy asf. Big screen is a plus yes, it allows me to admire the art in better screen dimension, but gawdd it feels like a hassle to just... open my laptop and play VN >_> That, and I had to find suitable place to play.
So I prefer to play with emulators on my phone or on my Switch I can play whenever and wherever.

I don't use game consoles that much, but I play PC and emulated games on my iPad through streaming them on there through Moonlight and Sunshine. So technically another vote for portable.

Really convenient for me to stream games onto my iPad since it doesn't have that much space while my PC does and I don't have to repeatedly transfer back and forth files. Also, I struggle to read on my dual monitors due to how they're like one of those old monitors and my left monitor is far away from my vision that I mostly look at my right one lol

I much prefer playing on PC, though sometimes I play on my phone when I want to emulate DS or PSP games, since I find it more convenient

I prefer to play on my Switch because I don't have to sit at my PC, but can still play on a large monitor if I want. So I can play wherever I want and still be able to continue playing on a bigger screen when I'm just sitting in my room.

I prefer gaming on my PC because it helps me focus better.
But sometimes, when I just want to lie down and play, I'll switch to using my laptop or something similar.
I don't really play on my phone, though—I still prefer having a big screen.

I don't have any strong preferences, but I like to play on the Switch/Vita when I want to relax on the living room, and on my laptop if I'm in bed. I don't have a desktop computer though, so more or less I only play on "portable" devices ;b

I'd say my only preference is that I don't like emulating Switch/Vita/PSP games on my laptop, and I don't really mind the smaller screen (even though I'm nearsighted lol)

i prefer playing on portable devices. I didn't have PC for a really long time and now it's hard to get used to it, it feels like a hassle as mentioned above if i have an opportunity most of the time i use switch or tablet for emulators.

PC for Japanese learning because the tools are easier to access but I like to be comfy with my Vita or laptop otherwise.

In my case, I want to relax and enjoy the game anywhere in the house, so I've only ever played it on a portable device.
I'm surprised by many people are enjoying on PC.

I LOOOOOVE playing any games in portables.
I find more comfortable changing position 50 times in bed while I play instead sitting still to do it

I prefer to play it on portable device but sometimes palying it in big screen (???) make different vibes like I can see them more clear and bigger
