Do you like Fripside?

Yes I do :3

Sister's Noise is one (I like quite a few!) of my favorites

YES I DO LOVE fripSide

In fact I watched them perform live :runhappy:

This appears to be a thread for sharing their songs?

No, I don't like fripSide, more specifically songs by Yaginuma Satoshi (aka sat). All of his songs sound the same to me. His songs sound as if he uses the same instruments and same pattern a lot.

I understand that it could be sat's style that some people like, but I find it more like "sounding the same" instead of "sounding similar" and can get boring after listening to his songs.

For example, when I listen to music by Namiki Manabu (aka Santaruru), I can notice that the music sounds very similar to some of his other works but never struck me as sounding the same...

Another composer I could think of is myu. Most of her songs sound different, but I get a feeling that's her style...

Or I guess I'm not weeaboo enough to understand what's great about sat. . . .

This must be the first time seeing you on the forum.

It's an understandable sentiment. His work does sound similar. But still, I enjoy it.

A given mission, mechanical assault, manufactured devotion.
Red eyes, an upside-down form. Even the twisted shape was made to be that way.
No matter how cruel the slaughter, worse than a demon's,
or how gentle the kindness, greater than an angel's,
a machine has neither will nor madness—only code, and a few bugs.
So why, then, does it feel so unbearably sad?
