I'd say it depends. Sometimes I do get a little tired of listening to the same seiyuus, so I take a break from them for a while and then come back when I'm in the mood again.
But overall, I wouldn't say it bothers me that much, because they often play very different characters, so it doesn't feel like I'm always listening to the same person. (・_・;)
