do you follow recommended route order when playing?

I would followed recommend routes from the walkthrough to avoid spoilers. I want the each route to build up finale and give me more hype up to complete the game. But the beginning routes always kinda boring but I am giving full attention what they were saying in the dialogue to get hint for next route. Its more fun to play until I play my favorite character! Its like favorite character for the finale route. Secreat routes are cool too! I love to play it as adds up and building storyline at the end to solve the mystery being it.

i loooove secret routes too! i also like it when you have to play every route before unlocking someone's! makes me so excited to play (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡ like the buildup makes the final route feel so rewarding fr
 
I will start playing the route that I am less interested in then at last the most interested route/route with special requirement so that I can have the motivation to complete all routes.
 
Not at all… I'll prioritize the character I like. If I can't unlock my favorite character in the first round, I'll start with another character's route first, and then go straight for the one I like…
 
Yep, I follow the recommended route order if there is one! Usually if it's recommended by the devs. I like when each route slowly reveals more info and build on top of each other. This is especially the case if the story focuses on a mystery. I also like trying to figure out and piece together info on my own, the excitement and shock, and the story usually flows better.

I usually don't follow the recommended route order and just go for the character I'm most interested in first. Sometimes I do look up the recommended order for reference, but I don't necessarily follow it. I prefer to play however I want and just go with what feels right to me. I enjoy following my own feelings rather than worrying too much about the "right" order.
 
If there's a walkthrough, I'll follow the recommended route order. But if there isn't one, I'll save the LI that catches my eye for last. I always save the one I love for last lol. Maybe because if I play his route first, I'll lose interest in the game, which would be sad.

I used to be a completionism so if it was the past me I would definitely go through the same order and play everything. But then I found out sometimes going out of order doesn't spoil the game for me anyway. And it depends on the character cause sometimes I only play a game for that one character I'm interested in. I'm not super against spoilers so it doesn't matter to me. I like to piece things randomly together.
 
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If I have a LI in my mind before start playing, I will play that LI first no matter what recommended order is. But if I dont have any, I just play recommended order.
 
When I was younger, I would go for whichever love interest I like the most and then, call it a day. As I got older, I honestly like to go with recommended route order and reach the truth route if there's one.
 
I go straight from my fav (or my own route order) then just put everyone else into random machine and play since I have trouble to decide (and it's fun). I never follow recommended route order.
 
I usually go for the character that visually attracts me the most first. But if the official has a forced route unlock system, then most of the time I would fastforward the routes that I'm not interested until the character that I'm interested in.
 
Actually, not really. I usually don't read walkthroughs or recommended guides during my first playthrough , I'm afraid of spoilers. Except for characters that aren't unlockable until after the first run, I just pick whoever I'm interested in and go through the story blindly. I almost always end up with the bad ending first, and then I look up guides to get the rest of the routes.
 
I usually follow guides to save time and to enhance the experience. It's hassle free, efficient and I like it this way.
 
If there is no restriction for the first round I would definitely go to the character I like the most ! No matter if the happy ending comes up or not I would then go with the recommend route to pick up the whole story line, and will back to the favorite character again - ie, 2nd play-through, I found this help to understand more about the character I like
 
I would start with my favorite character. Of course depending on the situation, it might be a spoiler, but it is more fun to start with an interesting character.
