Do people use light or dark mode on AS

Light Mode, it's the closest thing to sunlight people get. It's like those LED masks people pay to make their skin better. Why do that when you can just bath your face in light mode for 4 hours?

Dark mode. Ever since I've had to wear glasses I guess I developed a light sensitivity, I even have google docs on a dark screen. (life saving btw)
