I manage to do most of it with cheating and a lot of trial and error also.

thanks a lot mate just a question how do you cheat? CheatEngine? or some other way?

One way is with CheatEngine yes to freeze the time like example. The other is: I find tool for first version of the game( 自宅警備員1; I think it was in this forum). With this you can manipulate most of the data. But it was made for first game not this one so not everything is working as it should be. Didn't able to find it newer version of the tool tho :( .
