I may be biased but it would be tokishun, being my favourite seiyuu for all time !! But besides him ( since he isn't really a cd drama seiyuu ) there's also furukawa makoto and nakazawa masamoto !! I really like their voiced and knew them from some shows and characters i already used to like and they voiced most of my fave cds ( ex : enemy coupling with vol2 being voiced by nakazawa san ! ) !! There's also niche ones like nogami shu or yashiro taku !!!

My favorite voice actors are Hirame and Mituhasi. I can't choose between them. They were the reason I started listening to ASMR works, and without them, I would never have known about dummy head microphones. I think many more voice actors will emerge in the future, but these two will always be at the top.

I thought Mitsuhashi Wataru was exceptionally skilled at ear-licking and breathing sounds. I feel like he's truly mastered ASMR.
I'd also be really happy to see Koitsuda, Yagami, Irodori, Domon, Tetrapot Noboru, and Masato Kawamura, among others.

My first encounter with him was not in otome, but in the anime Bleach, where he voiced the mad scientist from Espada. But then I found out that he took part in the voice acting of many otome and loved him even more!

Daisuke Hirakawa and Katsuyuki Konishi! I really love their voices and dubs

Omg i love Daisuke Hirakasa so much, his voice is so unique!! The best way I can describe it is that it sounds thick and sweet, just like honey I feel like alot of VAs obviously sound unique in their own way but Daisuke Hirakawa is like a voice you can ALWAYS identify because no one else sounds like him! I love his work in otome games but his cds are great too, I feel like he has this signature saying where he says "Hmm~? " and it gets me everytime omg

Recently, I've been liking Ishikawa Kaito quite a bit. I suddenly realized how amazing he is at voicing those sharp tongued, handsome characters. He can even pull off that top tier affected voice, as if he's a completely different actor. I'm really fascinated, and I hope he takes on more roles like this.(☆∀☆)
