Basically what the title states. I realized that asking in the MMD thread could get cluttered and it might just make it easier to ask around here.

Some qualities that I'm thinking of are:
- High-quality animation
- Voice acting (and/or) well-done sound implementation
- Focused mostly on doing animations rather than music videos
 
Off the top of my head:
3d: MastaPov, croove, ホロモンx (very rough ryona type stuff if you are into that)
Sugardust, Adler - nice visuals and sound, but I think they reuse a lot of animations and get repetitive, not sure if that's "high quality"
2d: MOMOTDART, maplestar, seneto (this one's lolisho)

I think you will like Maloxx, Yuzu_Konbu, Pigtarotaro a bit similar for what you request

For other kind of 3D: ViciNeko, Sodeno19, chkibrek, orange-half-god (CBX-CJW), kongmentian you can check out.

can't figure out more for now.
