Converting wsc to text?

Game related question.
So I tried extracting game scripts, but I got .wsc files instead, can these be converted to ordinary text? If so How can I do it?

Already tried opening via notepad and etc, but all I got were gibrish letters....

did you make sure you have your windows locale configured properly? Do you have Japanese font installed? Screen shot of what you see can help.

Here are the extracted scripts~
I already set the locale to Japanese...... but I'm not sure if that includes the fonts as well.
I'm using Windows 7 by the way.

Yep it helped, sorry for not updating the thread for so long. I dragged the .wsc to the batch file and it works. Re-packing might be a different story though :D
